In July 1984 we had our first ever project on the Clyde Towers in Rhode Island. The project called for 9 mastclimber units to be used for demolition work and EIFS. Since then we've only gone up.

The following are just a few examples of work successfully completed with Dunlop Mastclimbers.

WINTERIZATION
Similar to a dust and debris enclosure, Dunlop Mastclimbers can be enclosed to provide an area protected against the elements. This protects against rain, snow, and wind.

OVERHEAD PROTECTION
Dunlop Mastclimbers can be fitted with overhead wooden plank or plywood protection to protect workers from falling objects above. This is an important safety requirement for some jobs.

MONORAIL BEAM TROLLEY
Dunlop Mastclimbers can be fitted with an overhead beam trolley. This is important for heavy stone and panel work. The beam trolley can hold the stone in place while workers set the stone.

CHUTES
For demolition or any other purpose, debris chutes can easily be attached to a Dunlop Mastclimber. This removes the need for extra handling of debris.
Dunlop Mastclimbers also have great flexibility in installation. They can be installed almost anywhere, anyhow, even over water.

INSTALLED AT GRADE LEVEL
Dunlop Mastclimbers can be installed simply on timbers or steel dunnage at grade level.

INSTALLED ON TOP OF A SIDEWALK BRIDGE
Dunlop Mastclimbers can easily be installed on top of any reinforced sidewalk bridge. The installation requires steel dunnage to spread the point load across the reinforced bridge.

INSTALLED USING A CANTILEVER BRACKET
Dunlop Mastclimbers can also be installed as an attachment to the building itself. This form of installation may be necessary where the mastclimbing unit can not sit on top of a set-back, roof, ventilator fan or other non-load-bearing structure. The Dunlop Mastclimber rests on a steel base that is clipped to the structural steel beams of the building.

INSTALLED AS A FREE STANDING UNIT
Using a special base chassis, Dunlop Mastclimbers can be installed as a free standing unit. This type of installation is especially useful for atrium work or low rise construction.

ROAD TOWABLE CHASSIS
Dunlop Mastclimbers can be fitted with a wheel base and trailer hitch if desired. It is fully road-towable.
